One of my favorite things I get to do as a wedding photographer, is literally getting to know and building a friendship with my couples.

I normally recommend to all my couples do a engagement session so I can get to know them, and they end up with bad ass photos.

Sometimes, there’s certain couples you truly vibe with, like if it’s old friends or if you known them forever, this is such that case.

If you recognize these two, Steph and Ricky were my couple I did a car shoot a few months ago, and we have a build a friendship that’s made it so easy to work with. Steph reached out to me a few weeks ago saying she wanted to do a boat shoot since her and Ricky were always on their boats on their free time.

Needless to say, it was blast hanging out and creating their ”Round 2” look with me. Honestly one of my favorite couples to hang and shoot with! I can’t wait till October for their wedding!
