Dreamy Vizcaya Museum and Gardens Wedding

So during 2020, one of the wedding’s I got the most excited for to shooting was Lauren & Brandon. These two live in NY, and I remember when they reached out and they mentioned “Vizcaya” for their wedding and I instantly knew it was going to be so Dreamy. For years, Vizcaya has been on my bucket list for me to capture a Wedding, and I couldn’t of picked a better couple and a better day. Throughout the whole week, rain was almost certain — yet on wedding day we got ZERO of it. They got beautiful light, and their ceremony was one of the dreamiest I’ve ever captured.

Boho Rustic Wedding at The Living Sculpture Sanctuary in Davie Florida

Early last year, during the craziness of our world basically shutting down, I remember receiving an inquiry from Jackie & Justin.

I remember her telling me she really loved the way I captured couples, and then when I asked what venue she was getting married at and she said “The Living Sculpture Sanctuary” I instantly got extremely excited. For months, I’ve counted down to shoot at this dreamy place with these two.

Dreamy Rustic Boho Inspired Wedding at The Old Grove & The Biltmore Miami - Adriana & Michael

My last wedding of 2021 was truly one of the books. I finally got to work at the gorgeous Biltmore Miami, and explore it’s famous pastel green walls and also work at my (Former) wedding venue The Old Grove in Homestead.

A few years ago, me & my wife were originally scheduled to get married at this venue, and walking through it during the rehearsal a few day’s before I was determined to make it magical. I usually capture every wedding like it’s my own. I think most of my couple’s agree that my passion for wedding photography, and the art of it drives to me to push for results. This weekend I had extra incentive to make true magic happen.

Epic Adventurous Proposal & Engagement Session - Taft Point California - Danielle & Frankie

Starting with an idea, and making it & eventually seeing come to fruition, is such an amazing feeling. Especially when it comes out even better than expected. A few weeks ago, I flew to California for the first time, and finally got to see Yosemite in all of it’s Adventure Glory. I was there to capture the surprise proposal of Danielle & Frankie, and when she least expected it, we had her clothing ready the next day to do her engagement session through Yosemite, and then finally ended up at Taft Point for Golden Hour.

What an experience it was, my calves & back are still sore, but being able to adventure & chase the light with these two was such an experience. Definitely one of my favorite experiences in my photography career I’ve ever been able to document.

Steamy Intimate Couples Shoot at Virginia Key - Miami Beach Florida - Danielle Margherite and Frankie

Ever since I started, I would like to say I’ve had several fellow photog friends who supported me, and gave me advice to start growing and to take my craft seriously and push myself to pursue what I love full time. Danielle was one of those photog’s. Not only is she a bad-ass photographer, but she has given me advice from the get go on how to grow, how to deal with situation’s, and cheered me on since I started for me to keep going and growing. There’s a misconception in this industry that if we are not friends we are competition, and at the end of the day — I’ve never felt we are here to work against each other. We are all on the same field looking to grow, and anyway that we can push each other to get better it’s a blessing.

Intimate Wedding at The Secret Gardens Miami - Miami, Florida - Juliana and Brandon

PLAN. YOUR. DAY. AROUND. GOLDEN. HOUR. - Results will always be stunning if you do. This was the case with Julianna & Brandon. After working them for the first time for their engagement session, We worked together to get a specific golden hour haze throughout their day, and most importantly their portraits.

Juliana & Brandon have natural chemistry, and are one of the most down to earth, humble I’ve worked with. They were such truly amazing to work with, and when magic hour happen, what we captured was truly beautiful.
